  I had rented a truck in Dubuque, Iowa I was suppose to be able to pick it up at noon,when I got there the truck I was getting still had someone else's stuff in it,so I had to sit n wait for 2 hours while they unloaded the persons stuff,yet the people n mgmt was super nice even extended my time. And when I dropped off the truck the people were super nice. It was awesome. Will use them again if need be n highly recommended

  I picked up my truck and when we were getting ready to load it we discovered that the truck had apparently been used as a construction truck. There was trash and a lot of concrete dust inside the truck all along the rear bumper and all the way down the loading ramp. My son tried to sweep it out but said it needed to be hosed out. There was no way he could just sweep it and get it all. He eventually put a large blue tarp down so the concrete dust wouldn't get on my belongings.
