First of all, I must begin with the rental process. Before calling Penske, I called UHAUL. I could not believe that they couldn’t guarantee that I would have a truck available on the day that I needed it, but they wanted my bank info to reserve it, and they are not open on Saturday. WHAT???!!! I wouldn’t find out if they had a truck until a few days before I needed it. Then, it may be at a different location!!!! WHAT???!!! So, I thought of Penske and I said “SO LONG, UHAUL!!!” “Hello PENSKE!” Penske not only GUARANTEES the truck THEY ARE CHEAPER!!!! And they are open on Saturday and Sunday!!! Anyway, I go to pick up the truck and even though my size truck was not there Penske rented me a larger truck for the same price and my bill was cheaper because my size truck was not available! PENSKE!!!PENSKE!!!!PENSKE!!!! Thank Youuuuuu for YOUR SERVICE!!!! As I was driving I noticed so many Penske trucks on the road. I said, “YEPPPPPP, I KNOWWWWW WHY!!!”

Easy transaction. The pick up and drop off process was very easy. They had our truck ready to go, and I only ordered it the day before we picked it up. Kelly at Spring Hill, Tennessee Home Depot knew what she was doing, and we had no problem with the rental process! Thank you Home Depot, Penske, and Kelly!
