Called to extend rental on 6/7 for return on 6/10. Customer service said they had my order number and changed the drop off date to 6/10. When we arrive at drop off we were told that rental had not been extended and was charged $220. Tried to explain to the customer service rep that we extended rental and she said it did not show that on her side and made us pay anyway. Will be calling to dispute the charge later today. Very displeased this time around with our service.
