I am not happy with Any penske rental truck shop or anything to do with them. They walk around like zombie. Like your time isn't important. I was there 11 hours getting oil changed and tires changed they would not let me borrow a vehicle to go get lunch no one offered me anyting set there in the shop in the hot sun no I am not a fan of Penske

I Love Love Love Melissa at the front desk!!! She took Really good care of me after a not so good experience with UHaul at the last minute.. Her customer service skills are AWESOME!!(my pet peeve) Want great service & a friendly smile go see Melissa at Penske in Conover down from the Greenway transit office
