Great service. Nice people. Never used Penske before but now I think they are much better than Uhaul. Go with them, they take care of you. Penske trucks are a bit throttled ...slow over the mountains like... 30mph so plan an extra day or two if you have a big move. If you call and ask you can usually get a deal for free extra days.

I’ve rented from Penske before and the renting transaction was fine. But this time in Billings, MT it was phenomenal. The lady who drew up our contract was professional, efficient and extremely friendly, which helped to lower our already high stress level. She patiently answered all of our questions and gave thorough explanations. The facility on Frontage Rd was clean and organized snd easy to find and to get in and out of with a 26ft van towing a trailer. Thank you Interstate Storage, for your above and beyond service!
