Very easy to rent from, very accommodating, and very friendly. I changed my mind a bagillion times and every time they seemed genuinely happy to help. The truck I rented was very clean and had no odor (I feel that necessary to say having rented moving vehicles in the past at other locations) and the whole reason we went with Penske is because ifthe competitive pricing that worked better for our budget. John and Hannah were so kind, thank you to them! I definitely recommend

A great storage facility and truck rental service. The staff is very professional and they keep their facility clean and tight as a drum. Renting trucks from them is very quick and their trucks are so much better than Uhaul. John and Hannah got you covered when it's time to move or store items for yourself. .

If you are looking an affordable truck but with top tier customer service, Dubuque's Penske is the place to go. They have price points below Uhaul without cutting corners. The trucks are clean, reliable and well maintained. After every trip, for preventative maintenance, tires, fluids and other basic things are looked at. Every 5000 miles all of the truck's major engine components are looked over. John Sweeney is a great man to talk to, his assistance will make your rental experience stressfree.
