The man that rented me the truck gets 5 stars he was above and beyond helpful đź‘Ť. My problems stem from the trucks being dock height and I was told I could not have a truck with a lift gate if I'm only renting a truck going one way. The first thing I tried to load left me laying face first on the ramp with a dolly and steel cabinet on my back! U have got to wear non slip work boots. Also had to raise the ramp with a bunch of 2x6 planks so I could roll my motorcycle down that ramp. So really the only issue was the dock height although the truck was pretty gutless and had me going 35mph in the 70mph zones when climbing. I hate to say it but I will not rent another penske truck unless it has a lift gate. I've always rented from uhaul and the low deck height was never fully appreciated till I had to fight this penske truck. By the time we went to unload I was just setting boxes at the edge. Didnt even mess with the ramp but the few things we had to, and this wore my help out and put us down to just one guy carrying everything in and making for a long day. Otherwise I was climbing in and out of the truck all the time to help. I'll stick with uhaul and pay extra if I had to.

Horrible experience all around demanding people..overly costly for vehicles..after the vehicle requested was unavailable until three days later...better off with any other rental agency..you will get a run around also if you try to call...ALOT!
