We were able to quickly book a move with Craig through Personal Touch. Craig is great. Very professional and helpful. The movers, not so much. They had paperwork to sign, great. But the showed up smelling like stale beer and cigarettes. They took a phone and smoke break less than twenty minutes after starting the job. They were really struggling and just very worn out the entire move. Once we arrived at our new house the movers asked if we could wait until Monday to unload out belonging. This was a Friday. And where would we sleep that night? Then then took an hour long break for lunch and tried to bill me for it. They complained the entire time that is was supposed to be their day off. They left multiple car loads of our things at our other house (we had a half of dozen trips to collect our things they didn’t put in the truck). It was very shocking to hear these movers had been working in this profession for 14/20 years. You think they would have been stronger. It was a disaster and the most unprofessional moving experience I have had. I’m tempted to call Amex and cancel my payment. I feel sorry for Craig that these guys represented his business.
