  in all honesty... just go with a different moving company. they aren't professional whatsoever and i should know... i used to work there. none of them have respect or knowledge about the moving industry. they don't even have proper supplies half the time. this post will probably be taken down by the owner for negativity, but he stopped working me after he tried to claim a tip that i was handed by a customer, needless to say, i now work with a different moving company and i suggest you do the same. the pics below are the work that i do under a different company. take care and good luck with moving!!

  I'm very conflicted leaving this review, but I do think I should. I will say I would have given them 5 stars 100%, if I left this review before I unpacked at my new place. I really liked this company because they are professional, quick to respond, and very accommodating. The day before my move, something came up, and they were able to get me rescheduled hassle-free (and at no cost) which I deeply appreciated. The movers were on-time, professional, and very amicable. A group of good guys for sure, and I really liked that as well. The expected pack/load-up time was estimated to 6-8hours, and they completed everything in about 4 hours so I was extremely happy that it didn't take all day, they were focused, got to business, got it done. On unload day, again the movers were on time, they unpacked and put together all my big furniture, upon my request. I figured I would unpack the small items myself, because I wasn't sure where everything was going. I was a little bummed that unmounted my TV but were not able to re-mount my TV but I do understand the liability concern, so that part is okay. So now during the unpacking is where I had a major problem. I guess the reason they were able to complete the pack/load so quickly was because they just shoved everything into the boxes. There was not much care and attention to the items and ensuring that they were packed up properly. I use a lot of oils and they were not completely closed tight before they threw it into the boxes, so I have oils spills on several items in several boxes. Same thing with some of my cooking seasonings, some packages were not closed or taped shut and therefore spilled all over. In the pic, its the star shaped things that spilled. In addition, when I had a TV mount team come to mount my TV, I was told that the movers damaged the mount by over tightening the screws and I had to purchase a new one. So for all of that, I am not happy overall. I guess I could have watched them more closely so maybe its on me? Regarding whether I would recommend them, I would but I would caution to either pack up everything yourself and let them take care of the move.

  We had such a wonderful experience with Pete's Moving Services during our recent move. They were patient, flexible, and understanding of all the unexpected challenges that arise when moving. From their schedulers to their movers to the products and tools they had on hand during our move, we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. Anthony and Julian were our movers, and they were INCREDIBLE!!!! They were SO FAST! They helped disassemble, move, and reassemble so much complex furniture and fixtures, we honestly could not have done this without those two. We HIGHLY recommend Pete's and if you can, we also recommend requesting Julian and Anthony. They were lightning fast and exceptional.
