  They were amazing. Told me to jump vehicle and heat starter. End of story is 2017 Yukon fired up. Even though they were headed my way it was no charge. Thank you very much you guys I owe you!!!!! Thank you! Cya soon

  My 10x5 trailer was stolen. When the police recovered it at 9pm, they called Peterson's to remove it from the location it was found at. I called Peterson's the next morning at 8am, I was told they would have to speak to the driver and call me right back. I called again at 11am, and was told that it would be $240, if I picked it up before 6pm, and more if I didn't. They traveled 40 miles round trip (Google maps), that was $105. Hook up fee of a trailer I can pick up the tongue of one handed, $100. and storage overnight, $35. $240 to get back a trailer that was stolen from me.

  Used to be my go-to for tire repairs because they would get you in first-come-first serve in the evenings. Twice in a row, I was assured of the first-come-first-serve evening service and then I was turned away at arrival by the mechanic on duty because they wouldn't be able to get to me. I've also been turned down tire service for superficial cosmetic damage. When I tried to explain why one of my tires had a little scuff on it, the manager cut me off to explain that he wasn't going to 'mess' with it because of liability concerns. I think they just wanted to sell me a tire. I went to another place, which is actually a little more reputable and they had no concerns when I explained the scuff to them (and that it had been there for two years). They'll patch a tire for $15, but personally they've turned into too much of a headache to consider.
