  Susan, It took me a while to confirm who you were but found it under your husbands name for your move back in November of 2021. Your belongs were moved out of a storage facility that were moved to Florida by a relative. Is it possible that the person who originally moved your items across country damaged the items? We were not told of any damage at the time of the move - and you both checked out the empty storage unit and the truck at the end of the day. As the owner of the company who was also present at the end of the job, I am very surprised at the change in attitude presented.

  We have used the service twice and have scheduled a third time! Roy and Carlos were very nice and took care with everything they moved. I would definitely recommend!

  I called this company to discuss a very simple move of our items into a pod. Another moving company had assured me that not all moving companies have insurance, and most require a $1000 deductible before they will reimburse you for broken items. I also just spent three months of fighting with our new home builder Lennar to finally come out and fixed the broken flooring and messed up walls. I asked her a lot of questions about how damages are reimbursed and how to file a claim. She got very uncomfortable with my questions and told me I needed to go with another moving company. She said in all of their years they have only had one Insurance claim for broken item. Since pretty much everyone experiences one or two broken items during every move, this concerned me about their company.
