  Phoenix Moving moved us from one side of town to other and most everything we took to new home went upstairs. They were real troopers and had such great attitudes and talked about how they loved what they do. It was a long day of over 15 hours. We had no damage and everything was placed as desired. Highly recommend.

  The company was hired with the understanding that they would be able to perform the services listed on the website. We described on the phone the services that would be required and an onsite estimate was declined by the Phoenix phone rep. Our building is furnished with high quality HON products that are best in market. Rather than trying to determine the proper way to disassemble these products and move them without damage, inexperienced Phoenix staff damaged several items. Again, after an attempt to discuss this with the company, we were met with an extremely unprofessional attitude and belittling behavior. We were able to find another company that is actually familiar with these products, and is able to move them safely and correctly. There is absolutely no worry that we will ever contact this company in the future and will be sure to share our poor experience with our community partners.

  I’ll copy and paste for you Ma’am you hired us to move a number of particle board desks from one office to another. Come to find out the desks had been assembled improperly and with glue. We refused to move certain items due to possibility of damage. A right we reserve in our contract. You hired another company in the midst of “major issues being discussed” at that time we agreed to conclude the bill when an ambassador of your company asked us “what were you being charged for?” The number of desks the WERE moved correctly and our time you wasted. Not paying under contract is Theft of Services. It is not a threat. A promise by the Prosecutor for clients that try to take advantage of good reputable business’. Have an amazing day and do not call this company again.

  To be blunt I was pretty stressed and irritated because I signed a contract for 4 people and only 3 showed up. These guys put up with my irritation and horrible attitude especially Amanda (sorry Amanda) , and did an absolutely killer job. We have ABSURDLY expensive and heavy Bernhardt furniture , they moved them down 2 flights of stairs and then up 2 flights of stairs at the new place, without a single scratch. I was apprehensive at first due to how the day started and because of bad experiences we had previously had with other moving companies, these guys came in and did an amazing job, unlike some of the poor reviews they were extremely cognizant of time and were very quick and efficient, as for their conversations I heard nothing unprofessional. I will be recommending them in the future.
