We had a great experience buying our first piano here. They were so helpful in answering all our questions and helping us choose the right piano for our family. With so many options and price ranges, it can be a little overwhelming but they were patient with us and we love our piano!

I bought a Yamaha upright to surprise my wife for Christmas. Neil at PianoWerkes was wonderful to work with, showed me various pianos, and we ended up with the perfect one for our home. He and Anthony also arranged delivery within a time frame that worked perfectly, and the whole experience was terrific. We also just now had the piano tuned by Douglas Parsons, recommended to us by Neil. Mr. Parsons is extremely knowledgeable, low key, and has the piano in perfect working order. He also wore a KN95 mask which was much appreciated during this latest phase of the pandemic. Both PianoWerkes and Mr. Parson are highly recommended!
