  We selected Pickens Kane for our move to Chicago to Tucson last October. After pick up, the delivery was rescheduled 3 times and arrived a month later. There were missing and broken items, which doesn’t surprise me as our belongings spent an inordinate amount of time in the warehouse. To date we still haven’t completely resolved the claims issues. They are pricey, careless and unresponsive. Having experienced a few corporate moves in a past life, this has been by far the worst experience we have ever had.

  I recently moved my brother from Chicago to Ohio. Allied Pickens Kane were outstanding in their service. From start to finish. During the quoting phase Jennifer displayed a high level of professionalism and empathy. The moving crew led by Paul were friendly, polite and the fastest and safest packers I have ever met. They did not complain about the 3rd floor apartment move and finished the job in record time. Paul also drove the truck to Ohio and the offload went brilliantly. Many thanks Pickens Kane. I recommend you to anyone looking for a great moving company. Cheers Jon

  Everything was going good until one if the movers dropped a box with glass in it. When i asked him to be careful please and he said to move my own boxes if i didnt like it. I will let everyone i know to NEVER USE THEM.
