  Company owner curtly refused to quote or move piano in simple transaction in which they tout they are experts. Be wary. Not complicated. I asked questions as one should and they don’t like questions. Vet carefully. Consider others first. No stars more appropriate.

  I'm sorry you felt it was a curt response. I called, but was unable to leave a voice mail as your mail box is full. As we discussed yesterday, the amount of steps could be an issue and I would have to review pictures of the location. After reviewing pictures it was determined that for safety reasons we cannot handle your move as it is approximately 12 steep steps, which is considered a complicated move. Company policy is that we put safety first to protect both our movers as well as your piano. I hope this clears any issues as to why we are unable to do your move and we absolutely welcome any questions.
