  This is NOT a moving company, this is a broker. They take your money and you will never hear from them again. They underestimate your shipment (our price went up $4,000 and all we miscounted was 10 boxes). They contract out with third party movers that you have no say over. They contracted us with a local company (Blvd Moving) that then contracted with an independent company (Dumbo Movers). The local movers showed me how much insurance I had but when my emailed paperwork showed up (after they left), it said I declined the insurance, which I did not. The long distance driver was rude, they were unprepared and we had to help get big stuff off the truck. Quite a bit of our stuff was damaged, boxes were crushed, and the windshield was busted off my husband’s scooter. When I reached out to file a claim they sent me a form that says what they cover (at $.60 per pound instead any real valuation), and basically they only cover furniture. Everything else (glass, dishes, anything in a box, etc.) is not covered. Thankfully a good bit our stuff was in bins and protected. We had also moved a few months prior and our furniture was in storage packed by different movers. That’s the only reason my furniture was okay. Save your money, use a reputable long distance mover, it will cost less in the long run.

  Absolutely horrible move cross country from Illinois to Florida. The original estimate and what we were actually charged was almost doubled. The movers they contracted were very unprofessional, they were rude, imposing, and intimidating. They ignored my instructions on the unload. They did not put furniture back together properly. There were many damaged items. Missing g items and they will not return our repeated attempts to contact them. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

  Pinnacle has reached out to the carrier on your behalf to file a claim for any damages and to make sure your concerns are handled. I see dented boxes in your pictures. Moving boxes are not meant to be reused. They are to protect the contents inside. You also packed your own boxes yourself. I've got the paperwork back from the carrier and the inventory is more than what you gave us. We can't predict things we're unaware of. Again we asked Unlimited to go over the calculations to make sure everything is correct. We apologize for any expectations that weren't met.

  Working with Pinnacle Van Lines has unfortunately been a terrible experience. Pinnacle Van Lines connected us with Georgia Premier Logistics. Our items were picked up on July 23rd. We were informed by our mover, Brandon, that our items would arrive in the next two weeks. Most of our items arrived on September 17th, almost 60 days after our pick up date. We have several items that are missing and several that were water damaged (see images below). We still have not received our missing items as of October 8th—almost $1000 of missing property. Throughout the process, I have worked primarily with Anthony. I alerted him almost two weeks ago of this issue with our missing items. He informed me he would reach out to Georgia Premier Logistics. I have not received any update from Anthony. This is the second time that I have awaited multiple weeks for Anthony to reply about issues with our moving company. When asking about discrepancies between Pinnacle’s contract and the information provided by our moving company, Anthony insulted my intelligence on the phone and became combative. I would never recommend using Pinnacle Van Lines, as they connected us with a company with a D+ rating on BBB who ultimately damaged our items, lost almost $1000 of our property, and quit responding to our messages. Pinnacle has made no attempt to assist with these issues and has been virtually non responsive throughout the entirety of our move.
