  We decided to use PODS rather than rent a truck and drive the 800+ miles. The process was easy, the people involved were friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, the POD was delivered two days late (please note we are working this out. I'm looking for a reimbursement of the cost for hired-movers) I would use the service again, despite the problem

  Absolutely the WORST moving and storage solution around. They really need to inform you what type of space is needed to drop and pick up a pod. Their scheduling is terrible too. Informing someone after 6pm of arrival window is crazy. Makes it impossible to schedule movers same day! It is also a very expensive service. Will NEVER use again and definitely would not recommend!!

  Walter Gonzalez did a great job delivering our items safely. He communicated well giving us plenty of notice, and navigated our space efficiently. He was very friendly and professional.
