  Started with no idea how to go about renting a POD. After a quick phone call I had everything clearly explained down to the finest detail I could ask. Service representative was easy to understand and very patient with me, giving me the details I asked for without trying to up-sale anything I didn't obviously need or have use for. A scheduling error on my part forced me to have to reschedule my initial delivery and pick-up dates and I was able to do that with literally no problems. PODS were delivered and picked up on time and each driver gave me a heads up call to let me know that they were on their way. Scheduling the end destination delivery and pick up were super easy to do on the app. All in all, my only complaint is that the PODS themselves seem kinda cheaply made and I had a few things shift in transit but nothing was really broken in the move. Would and have recommended to others to use.

  This was our first time using PODS to relocate to another state across the country. We were extremely impressed with the level of service and accommodations PODS provided when we asked for a quicker pick up and delivery date. Everyone we spoke with on the phone and who delivered/picked up the container were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would recommend to anyone considering a long distance relocation. Great job PODS team!

  The POD was a great solution for us to store items while we were undergoing a home remodel. It was easy and effective. I'd use it again if the need arises.
