We were in the middle of a remodelling job that took longer than usual because of COVID, we were having to move furniture from room to room to get it out of the contractors' way. It was so easy to contact PODS and have them place a container on the driveway. Some family members loaded it up with furniture, etc. and cleared the house out so the workers could complete their jobs without damaging ourt belongings. This was a great experience.

Charles and Ace made it happen! After moving from Florida to Kansas and customer service at pods being trash and never keeping us in the loop and then missing dates, Charles called my husband personally and moved things around to make it work and Ace was here quickly after. If there's a way to deal with these two directly, do it. They were awesome!

I was clueless on how this Pod was going to be delivered, when I saw this giant contraption moving this 16 foot box, I was totally amazed. Our driver, Ashton, took extreme care to make sure the pod was in the correct place, level and clean inside, that the machine didn’t hurt our grass, and was even considerate of neighborhood traffic. My toddler and I watched in awe as he maneuvered this machine effortlessly. Not knowing he saw us staring, he gave a wave and a smile as he was about to get in his truck to leave. I hope he picks up our pod, because I know it’ll be well taken care of.
