I definitely rate Morile. the driver that brought the POD to my property, with 5 stars. He provided excellent customer service in a professional, knowledgeable, caring manner. He is highly skilled with handling the equipment. He went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed and could handle opening, closing, locking the POD. He took note of the issues I encountered with communication with the company so that they could improve this area. God bless Morile. He is an asset to your company.

What a great experience with Pods and our driver Marcelo R! He was on time, efficient, and kind. What else can you ask! We moved our stuff a long way and it was just as we packed it. Will definitely recommend and use again.

PODS are too difficult to place most places due to Podzilla. Customer service is bad and managers do not call back. They are quick to give you a complicated quote but ghost you after that. The items shifted, were ruined, and jammed the door. Too much money and hassle with no resolutions. Would not recommend unless a manager calls me and refunds some money.
