This company is a complete joke! My POD pickup was scheduled for February 24th but OKC got hit with a snow storm. They took the day off and rescheduled my pickup without telling me. I checked the online account later and found out they moved my pickup back 8 days! They then moved the POD drop off date back 5 days! So not only did they not pick up my container next business day they pushed me back over a week! I spent an hour on the phone with them and they said there is nothing they can do and ignored the fact I had movers, family and friends (that took off work), and air bnb's paid for them. They don't care about their customers and you are better off going anywhere else but this pathetic company!

THE WORST! HORRIBLE service, DO NOT waste your time and money with PODS in the Oklahoma city area. Everything was fine until the local OKC storage center got engaged. A day before the initial delivery, right after being charged, my delivery was rescheduled for 4 days later without my permission or any sort of heads-up messing up with all my time and planning. Apparently OKC “unintentionally” messed up my profile online so I could not manage or even see the new adjusted times or charges, forcing me to spend over 6 hours on the phone in total trying to get clarifications, ETAs that worked FOR ME!, being on hold, transferred and hung up multiple times, UNACCEPTABLE! Excuses and lies happened on every single call. Nothing was fixed and 4 days later the container was NOT delivered. I called right away again and spent 1 hour and 25 minutes with representative Marco Pacheco, he had to redo THE WHOLE THING AGAIN and supposedly even called OKC facility to confirm they could deliver ASAP, the very next day (Sunday) morning. The container never showed up, I call to see if it is late but turned out that no one had worked in OKC the whole weekend and they never open on Sunday, I was lied for the last time, I immediately canceled my order and demanded a refund and yeah, the call dropped again in the middle of that so I had to call back, wait 25 minutes and so on. My biggest mistake was not to do a little research and look for reviews first, there are way too many reviews like this or worse. How are they allowed to operate this way?

Our experience with our pickup in the Charlotte area went very well. The delivery on the Oklahoma City area end has been a disaster. First of all they only deliver and pick up on Tuesdays & Thursdays in this area which is ridiculous. When I went to schedule the delivery there were no dates within a week of my closing so we had to wait a week to get our stuff. We requested an exception to accommodate an earlier date with the agent we spoke with on the phone. She indicated that we would hear from the local office if the could accommodate the request. We never heard from anyone. The night before they were set to deliver I received confirmation emails that both pods would be delivered on schedule the following meeting. One pod arrive and I received an email that stated there was a change to my account and directed me to log in to my account. Much to my surprise, Pods had rescheduled the delivery of my second Pod to over a week later without explanation. I initially tried the chat function on the site to find out what was going on but that was a fail. I kept getting disconnected from my chats. I then picked up the phone and waited 30 minutes to speak with someone. When I finally got an agent I explained the situation and she placed me on hold in order to contact the local site to get additional information. After waiting for over 20 minutes my call was disconnected. I never heard back from that agent so I called again. Again I waited for over 30 minutes to speak with someone. Finally I was able to get someone on the line. He indicated that someone on their end made an error in the system and that unfortunately there is nothing that they could do and I would have to wait until the revised date that they picked to get my stuff . I asked to speak with a leader to escalate. After waiting another 20 minutes the agent came back and said there were no leaders available( surprise…surprise) and that a manage would call back in 20 minutes. I am still waiting to hear from the leader while I sit in an empty house. Completely unacceptable service. Update: it’s been over 2 months since I have heard from anyone at PODs about my claim and come to find out I was charged over $1300 in transportation fees for a mistake that PODs made.
