Representative waa not honest when I booked. He stated I would be able to change delivery address, as long as pod had not been delivered to storage facility. That was untrue. I was not able to gain access to pod for 3 weeks, when the was an opening in schedule. Pod could not be delivered to address, one hour away, for 3 weeks. Only discount given was not being charged another full month of storage.

Got reservations wrong had no drop off location, then didn't want to remove pod after I stated landlord was going file legal proceedings. I called the q with this matter 4 times. Finally came and got it. Never use them again!!!!!

PODs was so easy to pack up. The cost was excellent when you factor in the drive with a U-Haul and 1/4 if professional movers come in.
