  I had to unexpectedly and very quickly move From Texas to Boston to care for aging parents. I was totally stress and calling around for movers. They were no help. When I called PODS, the reps were EXCELLENT!! They answered all my questions, scheduled (and rescheduled) my POD delivery, were prompt, courteous and it was just an overall great experience. we are now in the process of remodeling our home to better accommodate my parents. We will be using PODS while we remodel. Thanks so much!!!

  I used Pods when I remodeled my home after the 2021 Great Freeze in Texas. The freeze caused a slab leak which damaged a large section of my flooring. I needed a large container so I could move a lot of things out of my house into the Pod while the remodel was taking place. When I called Pods and talked to a.representative on the phone, they were helpful, friendly, and made sure I got the size container I needed on the date I needed it be delivered. I was pleased with everything from talking to the rep on the phone, to the Pod delivery, and the Pod pickup. It could not have worked out any better. I would definitely use Pods for future needs and would highly recommend their service to others.

  I have had nothing but problems since ordering. My POD was delivered on February the 11th and my account was charged on the 10th. I was charged again today the 13th. I logged into my account and it shows a past due balance? How? Chatting is a waste of time because they only show one invoice, makes no sense. I also rescheduled my pickup yet they called to tell me they were picking the POD up on the 12th after I rescheduled for the 16th!
