  Our driver Chris was prompt, polite and accommodating. Our pod was delivered Monday morning after being ordered on Friday afternoon in plenty of time before the work started on our home. We were given a brand-new lock to secure our contents. Plus their brilliant door hanger with the phrase “Don’t leave us hanging.” was both informative and clever. Well done PODS, well done!

  Great experience. All done over the web. Delivered the pod. I took a week to load it. Then stored it at their location for 4 months while I traveled the country. When my new place was ready they were able to deliver it on the day I moved in. Took 2 days to empty it and then scheduled the pick up which they could do while I was not present. Prices seemed reasonable. All my items were in good shape. I did a good job of layering the load and roping things up so they didn't move around.

  I would never recommend anyone use Pods to move. We moved from FL to MI and shipped our stuff a week before we moved to ensure our pod would get to our destination on time when it wad scheduled. They sent us ETA text messages of our scheduled delivery only to be left hanging for hours past our delivery time with no phone call or follow up. After multiple calls and chats we find out our pod isn't even in the same state. Pods doesn't use a tracking system so anytime you ask them where your pod is they never know which is very inefficient way to track a pod. The warehouse and corporate also do fake time stamps to make you believe your pod is at its destination when it's not, VERY unprofessional. We were given promises and gaurentees of our pod being the first delivery, next day, only to be left waiting around again with no follow up. Not only was our pod delayed in delivery, their delivery driver also dropped it in the correct spot and did not want to move it so its not blocking resident parking becaus,, "it would take too much time", where as in FL they placed and mannered our pod exactly where we wanted it to be. Customer service is terrible. Whether you call or chat its always someone different and they're not helpful. We demanded to speak to a supervisor and they refused saying they need 72 hours. Well we did wait and finally recieved an email, only to be ignored by our responses. They promised us a refund, but instead just ignored our complaints and dismissed us. Do NOT ever use Pods. They give you empty promises and poor customer service.
