My pod was 2 days late on final delivery because, I was told, that there was a mechanical failure. However, all of my goods were pushed so hard against the door that it took us an hour to get the door opened. Most of my furniture was destroyed. They got into an accident or a hard breaking action took place. Just be honest. I have used PODS for 3 moves in the past year. Their dishonesty and the condition of my furniture will have me looking elsewhere here in a couple months.

I moved over the course of the pandemic. Among all of the movers, furniture delivery, and stress that comes with moving, PODS's service was the only thing that was on time and reliable. Very very expensive though.
