  Too bad there are not another few stars to add to the rating for this outstanding facility. I highly recommend this clean and efficient operation. Flawlessly professional and customer-oriented, this facility consistently provides top-notch service. Many thanks to manager Al for his many kindnesses which included jumping my car's suddenly dead battery.

  OVERCHARGE nightmare! I had a fire at my home and ordered Pods to move all of my belongings out so that the place could be restored. I had the Pods for a month and in that short period of time, they made so many billing mistakes and generated 11 different invoices for erroneous things. I was overcharged on the first invoice and called to ask for a refund, but they just generated more charges! It took hours and hours of my life in an already horrific situation, dealing with a fire, only to be burned by PODS. While they are starting to issue refunds, they still owe me nearly $700 for their mass confusion. Mistake piled on top of mistake. I finally decided to take it up with my credit card company...they're just too incompetent.

  PODs does not clearly state their pricing for services, and the correlation between POD storage location and delivery to your new address. When it came time to deliver the POD to my new home I was told my only option is to pay an additional $2,400 to have the POD delivered from the PODs Oxnard location to my new address in Los Angeles. The additional cost was not told to me when the pickup, delivery, and storage time were booked. Using PODs I had to hire a moving company to load the POD, paid to store the POD, hired a moving company to go to the POD facility to unload the POD into the moving company truck, and then drive my belongings to my new home and unload the moving truck. PODs was one of the worst storage/moving experiences ever.
