Do not trust this company. They will charge you double than what they initially said. If you have valuable glass items they will most likely get broke from transportation. Also they will make you wait a long time before even getting your items delivered back from them. Never again will I use PODS.

Called for a pod on a Monday, cancelled it the following day and was still charged for it on a Thursday. Called to find out what was going on and was told they could see the cancellation of the pod and i should have money in my account. None of this happened my money was never refunded. And by the time i get this kinda straightened out iv have overdraft fees and insurance cancellation because they charged me $397 when i cancelled their services days before they charged me anyways.plus the $139 in overdraft and late fees. All because their representatives did not do thier job correctly and finish out the cancellation with an incident report

Great to work with if everything goes well. If you need to make a change it is nearly impossible to reach someone or get feedback they heard you. So if you never plan on changes PODS is very good. If you may have changes, PODs will be very frustrating to work with.
