The first stage-quote and delivery of PODS container was easy and quick. The storage segment was characterized by having to "chat" with customer service. It was very difficult to actually reach a representative with questions about billing and then later, about the delivery of my container. The price of the monthly rental went up after I had my container stored, not a lot, but it was still aggravating. I definitely will not use PODS for any long term storage again.

Good pricing for cross-country move, and we didn't have drive our own furniture! We were able to fit a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment into their largest pod. It was super simple. They dropped offtl the pod, picked it up and then next time we saw it was a week later at our new place. Really good pricing compared to other moving companies. They also beat UHaul by price and the fact we didn't have to drive the 20hrs to our new place. My items arrive intact, no complaints at on how I received my things. Would totally recommend PODS to all my friends.

I cannot recommend PODS enough. The ease of a box dropping to load, being picked up and stored for me and then easily dropped when our home was ready was worth the cost paid! I am so grateful for all the staff (coordinator of the box dropping to the CS rep I spoke about assuring it was set for bring back date) that I came into contact with. All phenomenal!
