  The representatives as a whole are nice enough on the phone. However, they're very limited in the amount of info they can give you. If you have to store your stuff at a storage location make sure it's within 50 miles otherwise you may have to pick it up yourself. I tried to speak with a supervisor but I couldn't. You actually have to put a request in to speak to one. I put a request and the lady who helped me either didn't do it or the supervisor just never contacted me. The lack of communication is just awful with this company. I had to go pick up my things at a storage location and they didn't even have a front desk. I drove through the yard to find my pod. Absolutely no one was there to talk to. The pod people don't even communicate with each other. I picked up my stuff and they still charged me 2 weeks later because they though my stuff was still at a holding facility. I don't recommend using their storage facility but they might be okay if you already have a location to drop your stuff off at. I will never use pods again or recommend them.

  We were really excited about using PODS for moving. We called to set up a delivery and told the rep that we were still in the process of finding a house and did not have a future address but gave them all the areas we were looking at to purchase. They assured us that they would deliver. When it came time to set the delivery address we were met with an error that they could not deliver to our new home. We called a representative and they said sorry and that was it. Our new home was a 20 minute drive outside of their service. We not only had to unpack all the items from the POD but we now have to pay for a Uhaul truck. What is worse is that we expected to pay for the time we had the pod but not the moving fee. The representative told us that we would hear back from a supervisor within 48 hours. We have not heard from anyone since and our account has been charged the full price. We are extremely unhappy with this service that we were so hopeful to have.

  Easy to setup auto pay. Easy to reach an associate for moving times. Driver called with a good estimated time of arrival. No issues were had.
