  I canceled my order before the shipment because I had a change in plans, but by this time I already paid $800 for the first deposit. I have been emailing and calling the past MONTH for the refund and they keep telling me I’ll get it within a few days. It’s been a month. I’ve had to wait on the phone with them for hours before even getting a response which always ends up being the same exact thing. “It’ll show up in your account in 3-5 business days” Last time I checked a month is a bit longer than that.

  My husband and I are military and got orders to move from KY to TX. We were waiting for housing and figured PODS would be a great option so we could move our stuff straight to storage till we got a house. Well in ordering the PODS we were promised empty and full weight tickets (something the Army requires to get fully reimbursed for the move). Customer service took weeks to give us our tickets (delaying our return of money from the Army) and once they did they were completely bogus. Not only were the weights severely under but it said we lost 100lbs after filling it up. Which makes 0 sense at all. Instead of acknowledging the obvious mistake PODS customer service representative Daniel Aizpurua insisted they were right and that they would stand by the tickets. Now we have been given options that will take several more weeks to sort out and will end up loosing a few thousand dollars- all due to PODS incompetence. We are so frustrated and disappointed. It has made the stress of moving all the more worse. We will be telling all our military friends to never use PODS.

  If you need to store anything because your moving or just need space until you fix whatever it is you need room for pods is the way to go! Super convenient drop off and pick up at your house! No need to worry about storage break-ins like at regular storage places and it's cheaper! This is my new go to for any storage needs! Highly recommend this service!
