PODS was top Notch service. The drivers were awesome. Service is great. The only complaint is I had to keep checking my info because for whatever reason my address info kept changing. Other than it was very professional and helpful.

PODS arrived when they said they would. Provided updates on times for delivery and pickup. The units were not new but clean. The driver Steve was their best asset. He was prompt, professional and ensured our property was taken care of when delivering and picking up the containers.

They damaged private property with the POD and their "resolution team" took several weeks to reply that my claim is denied and since won't reply to my emails. I was charged for damage by a 3rd party because PODS lift arm that drops and picks up the pods BROKE SEVERAL large TREE LIMBS and caused property damage.
