  Used pods for the first time for a move from Wisconsin to New York. This move had to happen quickly and I was by myself to take care of getting a 3 bedroom 1200 ft apt (lots of stuff), a vehicle and a boat from Wisconsin to NY. The pod made the stress of getting my apt full of stuff taken care of so much easier. Moving day ( packing and unpacking pod) was literally the least stressful and easiest part of the move. Using the pod allowed me to drive my car and tow my boat. I have moved many times in my life, and this was physically the easiest move of them all. Definitely suggest using pods for any larger distance moves. No complaints on the whole process, totally worth the money.

  Never showed up. I was told I had an early pick up time. This was changed two more times and then they never showed up. I had to call to ask if they were coming. My credit card was charged that day even though they never showed up. I called to cancel and they said I will get my deposit back in 7-10 business days. I took a Friday and weekend off to be able to do this. They told me they couldn't show up until Monday. Then I found out they were still delivering to others on Saturday.

  Overall the actually delivery and pickup of the POD went smooth. The major issue I would be wary of is the billing issues. I was overcharged over $800 and they continue to make additional random $200 charges when I payed for the service in full. On top of everything they do not issue a return of funds for almost 2 weeks. The service is not bad, but their billing system is completely out of hand. Would not recommend if you are not okay with losing $1000 on top of the $2000 you have already spent.
