  The POD was delivered to the first location on time and correctly. It was then picked up on time. It took more than a month to get it delivered 2,300 miles. It was not delivered on the agreed upon date. They had to reschedule delivery multiple times. When it arrived at the final destination, the driver worked with us to get in just the right spot. When it was unloaded they picked it up promptly. All of the people that I spoke with in customer service were very good to work with. Overall, for the price I feel like it took too long to get my stuff.

  I was told at the initial rental that I could access my POD all days/hours of this week and this is not so. When I tried to contact the storage, I had to call the main company as there is no contact on the local level. Then access had to be arranged a week ahead of time and hours/days open were limited. Not open here on Sunday, the only day I had help available. .

  Hi, Alice! All customers are asked to call our Sales & Service at (888) 314-5136 for assistance with scheduling container access. Access is generally Monday-Friday 8am-3pm, and Saturday .

  We were charged over $300 per month rental and almost $3000.00 to transfer from California to Washington state, which I don't have a problem with. When we first set this up, we were told that as long as the transfer to our new place was less than 50 miles it would be free... But since the original zip code I gave them was different than the final zip code they charged us another $281.00, even though the difference was only 46 miles! And don't ask for a specific time window to have your Pod delivered or picked up because that will cost you and additional $100.00! Hidden fees everywhere...BUYER BEWARE!
