After 6 weeks following my full PODS being delivered to my new address, I have still yet to receive my 2 full weight tickets that I paid for and part of the contract. Phone calls and emails provided nothing but will continue to call and email until I get the 2 full weight tickets. I fail to understand the issue of why they don’t provide them upon delivery or why not loaded to my online PODS account. This has been completely unsatisfying and can no longer recommend PODS to anyone else. Maybe if I get my 2 full weight tickets that opinion will change, but will require careful consideration.

PODS would not deliver my OD, although there were no physical reasons for this. They pick zip codes arbitrarily where they do or do not deliver to, and they do not tell you ahead of time! This was a major issue for us!
