  I had never used Pods before but heard awesome reviews. My only regret is that I didn’t use them sooner. They are incredible. I got the largest pod and it fit everything we needed. It was easy to load and their pick up and delivery is so cool to watch. The truck is like a big transformer. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cost is shockingly inexpensive compared to traditional movers. They moved our stuff cross country and stored it for a couple months for less than $3k. I paid for traditional movers in a small apartment and ended up paying over $10k in tons of hidden charges. With Pods there are no hidden fees. I love this service and will use them again:)

  Pods has been outstanding thus far. I seldom write reviews but I feel compelled to say how happy I am. The service and professionalism I've received from everyone at Pods has been excellent. Everyone is clear, communicative, punctual, and proactive. I was dreading my move from DC to Chattanooga logistically, but Pods has made this process very, very easy. The driver who picked up my Pod this morning, Jeff Taylor, is outstanding. Jeff is courteous and a real pro. He called before he arrived, which I really appreciated, and had my pod loaded on the truck fast. Thank you to Jeff and everyone at Pods!

  We coordinated 3 POD container deliveries in April 2021. Only one POD container arrived on its scheduled date. The others did not arrive on their promised days and we made multiple calls to customer service and were told drivers were running late due to staffing shortages. Finally, at the end of the first day, we were promised a first POD container delivery Tuesday morning. We had scheduled movers Tuesday based on POD Moving & Storage schedules. No second POD container arrived although POD Moving & Storage customer service reps and website continued to indicate it was on its way. We were promised a manager callback, that day and no callback occurred until we went to social media. We missed work, we paid our movers and we had the very great frustration of a very protracted move of our belongings. Our case was turned over to PODS Moving & Storage Customer Advocacy - Office of The Executives and we have had two emails and one phone call, each promising follow-up, the last promise in June 2021. I would never recommend this company and, in fact, steer everyone I know away from this company due to their lack of completing their contractual obligations, lack of follow-up and lack of empathy for any of the issues we experienced with and because of PODS Moving & Storage. If I could give a negative star, I would.
