  Rude and unprofessional operation. I have used Pods in 5 other moves with great results but, this was the worst experience. I have never had a business owner curse at me prior. There is no wonder that the corporation is trying to separate from this unit.

  We had a wonderful experience with the PODS team. It was wonderful to be able load the unit on our own timeline and not have to worry about transporting it across the state on the busy, narrow highways. We stored our POD at the warehouse for two months while we searched for permanent housing. The warehouse was very helpful when it came to scheduling a visit to the unit to pick up a few items. The unit was out front waiting for us and very easy to access. We had the unit redelivered in an apartment complex, which was honestly the most tricky part of the whole process. The operator needs two parking spots together in order for the machine to get in and out, which at a busy complex like ours, was not an easy feat. In my experience, if you're moving any kind of long distance, PODS is the only way to go. It was well worth the money and their customer service was excellent.

  I recently moved from Clarkston Michigan to Tyler TX via PODS. The service was exceptional during the entire process. The drivers were all on time, friendly and professional. When I got to Tyler, my POD was due to be delivered on Sept. 11 2017; however, due to Hurricane Irma, the PODS main center in Clearwater Florida was closed. When my POD did not arrive during the scheduled window and I had not heard from the driver; I decided to visit the location in person. I wanted to check the status, just to sure they were not just running behind. I wasn't sure if the hurricane would effect the service in Texas. I was met at the door by Steve, who is the manager at PODS. He was wearing a big smile and knew exactly why I was there. Through no fault of anyone...except Irma ;) the days schedule had not been made available to the crew. However, Steve was eager to help! He took me over to verify my POD and set up an immediate delivery with Chris. These two guys ensured my delivery was done that day, in spite of the hurricane. Once my POD was empty, Chris returned promptly to remove it. Both of these guys were just as pleasant and helpful as anyone could expect. Two Thumbs UP and 5 Stars for Tyler PODS and the company in general. Thank you for giving me such great service and making my move much less stressful.
