POD delivered is dirty—literally floor is covered in dirt—and smells of marajauna. I’m not able to get anyone in customer service to help, first person didn’t speak enough English to understand, second person put me on hold and then back to the main menu. I will not be storing my furniture in this!!

Moving NIGHTMARE! Battled with them for 6 months to get our stuff delivered to our new home. The kept charging us monthly storage and saying they could not deliver to our home. Bleed you dry. If I could I would give them no stars. Our spectrum disorder daughter was traumatized by the lack of familiar belongs around her. Did PODS care....nope, we can't deliver.

PODS is easy to work with, schedule and reschedule if needed. I definitely think they're a good value for moving/storage. The drivers are professional and experienced in placing the pod. There is a weight limit, which isn't obvious and you do want to make sure that everything is covered in case the POD leaks at all. I didn't have that problem, but you never know.
