  Really impressed with how professional this company is and how smooth the process was. I moved from Georgia to Colorado and my POD showed up (almost) on time. There was a delay because of weather but other than that, all went as planned. They even take care of securing permits for where you place the POD which was a huge relief.

  Pros: It was great being able to take our time to load and unload the PODS. Our furniture that was stored for 2 years was in great condition. They delivered it from MS to GA as requested. Cons: The customer service reps were not much help at times. We had to wait 3 weeks to get the PODS picked up. We had 2 in our driveway and 1 on the street for 3 weeks. We had a credit card on file; but, they would not bill it properly and our account was overdue in several months. The PODs had roaches in them when we unloaded them.

  Mario’s and Jay were wonderful! I don’t know how they got into this tight, heavily wooded drive way backing in ,turning around and putting the PODS right where they need to go! How does a person learn to drive a truck like that, would you tell me please. Very happy customer 😁
