  We wanted to have full-service movers, but because of the timing of our move we ended up and used PODS. It was a great experience! our little kids loved watching the pod being unloaded and loaded again. We were able to take our time in loading and unloading the POD which made our move very enjoyable.

  Don't use this for a military move. They cost more than you will be reimbursed and it took me 3 multiple-hour phone calls over a period of 8d for them to finally give me my weight tickets. Empty weights were done on May 22nd and full ones were done on June 3rd, but I still didn't have any of them uploaded to my account by June 10th. It's now June 20th and I am JUST now able to turn in my paperwork to TMO. While they drivers were very nice and the customer service was nice, it's not worth the price unless you're moving all the way across the country.

  Worst customer service, I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service for nearly two days now, the automated system says hold time is 7mins and then I stay on hold for more than 30mins not to mention when I do get them on the phone the representative acts like they can’t hear me and hangs up. So unprofessional, I would never use this company again!
