  I will be cautioning anyone against ever using PODS. They cancelled on me the morning of, saying they could not deliver because they weren't aware they had to drive in an alley (information I provided them when booking) and that the alley was not in a condition to drive in (completely plowed in Minneapolis). The driver then proceeded to lecture and complain to me, never bringing forth any solutions and simply saying there's no way he could deliver my POD. As someone who was preparing to move across the country just two days later, this was stressful. Nobody at PODS Moving & Storage ever tried to bring forward a solution or apologized. In addition, 1+ week later I am still waiting for a refund. A competing company delivered my storage containers that same day with no issue. This experience exposed the lack of professionalism of the PODS Moving & Storage company and I will tell anyone that listens to never ever use this company.

  Very good quality pod (clean and door worked well). I would like an easier/quicker way to double-check my pick up and delivery dates. It would also be helpful to get a pick up or delivery reminder more than 12 hours in advance (one reminder came at 7pm Friday night for a Sat morn pickup, but we thought we had until Monday morn, so we had to scramble to empty the pod).

  Although we ended up using the POD for longer than expected, we still feel that we got great value from the service. They showed up on time, were very polite, got the pod placed and picked up as requested. I was able to get a question answered using the CHAT feature in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the product and service!
