Our PODS experience was exactly what we had hoped for. Clean unit, flexible drop off and pick up, it was perfect. PODS employee Tim Farish (Tucker) did an excellent job with our POD. He was courteous, professional and took care not to do any damage to our property when he came to retrieve the unit. Thank you Tim, and thank you PODS!

Mike B was the driver who delivered my POD. It was cold, snowy and wet. Mike placed the POD exactly where I wanted it. He was extremely polite, professional and talked to me as though we were old friends. You have an excellent employee with Mike. My only hope is that he also picks up and brings my 2nd POD

Great service, had to switch dates a few times over the phone, and had to change location at one point, all without an issue. Our delivery driver, Mike Booker, was excellent when delivering the POD back to our new house.. we have a challenging driveway which we were concerned might not fit the POD, but he was able to make it work and got it to fit, and spent extra time to do this... he went above & beyond to help us get our items. Thank you, we will definitely recommend the service to others.
