  I am a Realtor who ordered a POD for a customer and packed their belongings from their vacation home to be sent to their home in Delaware. The whole process was very easy to and convenient to use. I highly recommend using PODS for ease of moving, storage during a renovation or storage for any reason.

  They were great when I was ordering the containers. Delivered them very quickly. That's where it all ended though. Changed my pick up/move date 3 different times. Picked the last container up 5 days later than promised. Driver tore a huge hole in the side of the container. He had no idea how to use the equipment to lift the container. Customer Service barely understood English and had to change his mistakes 3 different times on one call. Horrible experience!

  During a very stressful time, we decided to move Christmas week. Pods was the best idea i could have ever come up with. From the moment I called for a pod life got easer and so did the move. My pod was delivered on time 1 week before the move so i could take my time loading. And the best part was not having to unpack right away, we were able to get things done in the house before unpacking. I had a great experience with Pods and highly recomend Pods, not just for moves but so many other uses.
