We had an excellent experience with PODS! We give them 5 Stars all the way around from drop off to pick up all the way across country! Our move went flawless! We highly recommend PODS! We saved thousands of dollars and had no problems what so ever working with PODS! Excellent customer service, drivers were always on time and all of our belongings arrived safe and undamaged. If you are second guessing PODS don't! You won't regret hiring them for your move! Thank you PODS! 5 stars!

They were excellent. Probably really a 4.7 that I round up. The reason is bc they showed up at 7:45 am to pick up but where schedule for 8:15 am as the earliest. Luckily, someone was at the warehouse or this rating may have been much, much lower.

My mom moved from cali to Arkansas and had her pod delivered at my house. Not only was it about 3 weeks late but when we opened up the pod it looked like they had dropped the pod at some point. A lot of her stuff was broken even heavy duty furniture. Then they have over charged her for the third time!! She can not get a supervisor on the phone to get her refund of the over charges. I would not recommend using pods. It’s over priced and have your stuff will be destroyed by the time you get it.
