  PODS has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every issue and/or delay we encountered was directly because customer service failed to communicate updates/changes to me as the customer and the companies that were storing/transporting my container. I had better results when I contacted the companies myself. Whenever I requested to speak to a manager, my call was dropped or one was never available. Would not recommend anyone use this service.

  Excellent service and commutation. All of the CSRs that I spoke with on the phone and online were very helpful. The gentlemen that transported the POD for me were skilled. Our new location is a one way on a narrow road and they had no problems getting in and out. Uhaul on the other hand made a mess and the UBoxes that were supposed to be picked up yesterday morning are still in my yard. A day later and I'm sure no one is coming to get them since it's easter Sunday. Luckily I needed my POD moved to allow access to the UBoxes and not the other way around. PODs has been very dependable and arrived on Good Friday when they said they would. Highly recommended. I would utilize their services again.

  AVOID USING THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrible. Do not use this company to move. Delivery was supposed to be on November 18th to our new house but the pod was not delivered. When we called on November 18th to see where the pod was they said it was delayed and would not be delivered until December 9th. They claimed they emailed and left a voicemail notifying us but they DID NOT. We checked all voice mails and email including spam folder for two weeks back and there was no notification. The first time we called they were only willing to deliver the pod on December 9th (3 weeks late). It took 3 phone calls to get it moved up a week to December 2nd. It would be still be horrible service to deliver 3 weeks late but not even notifying us that it would not be delivered until we called on delivery day to check is beyond belief. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.
