DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a POD to store my belongings after my house flooded. I spent close to $1000 renting the pod. Two months after rental I opened the pod to remove my things and found a large crack across the top and all my things wet, mildewed and damaged. I had to throw everything away. I contacted the company on September 25th and made a claim. I still have not heard from 1 person at pods even after repeatedly calling and visiting the location. This company is the WORST!!!

My experience left me somewhat disappointed. My pod was picked up on the wrong day which meant it wasn't ready to be moved. $2000 worth of damage was done to the items that were in the pod. Had to beg for help from family and friends to move my home items and put them in the pod which defected my renting it. Also when I started to unpack it the items I had managed to pack before the first move were wet. The pod had a leak thank goodness I only had it for short period I did. Very bad experience and the phone call I received concerning the pod was to collect the final Bill which I think you should cover.

The customer service is top notch. Service representatives are courteous and patient, and easy to reach via telephone or online chat. I never once felt that my personal and treasured belongings would not arrive safe and in a timely manner. Military families have enough to be concerned about, and I truly believe Pods understands that.
