      Throughout our entire experience it has been nothing but a headache. Our initial experience conversation with PODS went well and we ordered 2 Pods. The Pods arrived on schedule in June. One was the new style and the other was old one with the plastic cap on top. a couple days go by and we start to load the newer pod and we received a light rain. Just by coincidence I opened the other pod and it was wet on the inside. I called Pods to have the container replaced and the person I spoke to was very nice and expedited the replacement. At this time she had asked me if I would like to schedule my delivery and we talked about deliver the delivery date but apparently we ONLY talked about it and nothing was scheduled. A few weeks go by and I noticed they charged me for the replacement pod as if I now had 3 pods. I called to get the charges reversed and at this point I found out that the delivery was not scheduled. In a slight panic I freaked out because I thought we had scheduled the delivery and we were about to make the 1100 mile trip to our new home expecting to be there a day before the pods. The delivery was scheduled later that expected and we were fortunate enough to be able to say at my in-laws house a while wait to make our trip. Fast forward a few weeks one pod was delivered and the other was a no show. I called multiple times to find out what was going on and all they did was left a message with the warehouse. After multiple calls I finally we reached someone who actually helped us and connected us with the warehouse supervisor who explained to me that there was a mix up and they didn't know if they had my pod and I needed to go see if my key would unlock the door to the one that showed up. I would like to say I was surprised that it was not my pod but by now it was kinda expected. A few days go by and no communication from PODS letting me know was was going on with my container. A couple more days go by and I received an email with an expected delivery date. I would expect if something seriously went wrong with a shipment you would keep your customers informed of what was going on. Now... expecting our delivery.... you guessed it. It was a no show. Now extremely furious living with half a household I turned things over to my wife because I really didn't want to verbally assault someone who is just answering phones. She calls and finds our that PODS used a third party to expedite long distance containers and they expected it to be there in the next couple days. It did eventually show up and my wife submitted a claim for some sort of compensation for the massive headache and hoops we had to jump through. That was in late July and as expected there has been no communication from PODS. She called back at the beginning of September and they told us it was assigned to someone in early August and they would get back to us in a couple days. Ha HA HAAAAA. The Joke is on me I guess. If I receive a response or resolution I will update my review. Maybe writing this review will actually get something done. And if not I hope it deters someone from using PODS.

      Customer "service" is only available via phone to a call center or web chat. Attempts to get help a dozen times over 3 weeks took multiple hours - I was never less than #80 in the call center queue or less than a half hour waiting in chat. They apparently lost our container en-route to Colorado from NC. They finally delivered 2 weeks late and only after two scheduled & confirmed deliveries with no-shows. I was told a different story as to where it was or why it wasn't delivered by every single person I talked or chatted with. Multiple stories were directly in conflict with each other so they couldn't have been true. I was told they would pay costs associated with their delays because it was their fault by multiple people. I was assigned someone to process my claim for living expenses incurred since all of our stuff was in the POD. After providing the requested information that person has ignored every email and phone call. Despite their inability to deliver it as scheduled and we hustled to empty it, they failed to pick it up before the end of the month and so charged me for an additional month even though they told me they wouldn't. Lying to customers seems to be the company's motto. I will never use them again and will discourage anyone I know who considers them from using them as well. I have rarely encountered a more dishonest and difficult company to do business with once the sale was made. Do not use PODS!

      Best moving and storage solution I have ever used. Used a different company once about a year ago and regret not using PODS. I will not make that mistake again. They are my only go to for their customer service, fair pricing and quality of product.
