  The corporate side is disorganized. The actual people on the ground are wonderful (drivers and staff at facility). I was surprised that a company that specializes in logistics opted not to ship my POD when scheduled. The only reason I knew was because I had two PODS and saw one had not be scheduled and called to get is scheduled (you can't do it online). When I did, the person helping me noticed there was something wrong with the first one. After THREE HOURS on the phone, I was told it didn't ship and they would reschedule it - which meant it would arrive 5 days later than it should have. I was never given an explanation for why this happened or any assurance it wouldn't happen again. AND, there is no way to tell through their online portal if your POD has shipped or not. So that meant I had to call back to see if it actually shipped when it was scheduled the second time. I had plans around the arrival of the POD as scheduled the first time, so to have it arrive 5 days later at the time of a major work event was stressful. Added to that was the delivery truck got within 10 yards of my driveway and there was a tree branch he couldn't get around. So, no actual delivery of either POD. We ended up renting a moving truck, diving an hour one way to the PODS facility to unload the PODS and load them in the truck, and driving back home and unloading. It took three trips at a time I was already time crunched. Not upset with the driver who was being safe. Upset that everything arrived late in the first place. Had the PODS arrived on original schedule it would not have been half as stressful even with the additional hiccup at the end.

  My experience with Pods has been great thus far! Eric Anderson was efficient and very helpful with the POD pickup. Such a simple and easy process!

  WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DONT USE THEM ID YOU NEED WEIGHT TICKETS. I’ve been waiting on my weight ticket for over a month when it should have been sent to me automatically since I’m military. I now Can’t be reimbursed by the military since I have No weight ticket. I’ve contacted them so many times about getting it and nothing is done and no one knows what’s going on. The website NEVER NEVER works. I would Have much rather moved myself in a uhal. DONT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.
