  Typically, this would be a 1-star review. Normally i do not post nor complain as such, but this whole process was ridiculous. Representative and I agreed on pricing and time of delivery. Well all of such changed and none of those were met. The original delivery of the container just did not happen. No call from the driver, no follow-up from POD, but hey they ALREADY took the money from my account pretty fast. So let me get this straight, yall can take my money then deliver a container when YOU see fit? What is the D*MN point of a schedule if you cannot meet it?! It wouldn't have been so bad if i hadn't been waiting all day for the container to arrive, only with no phone call from the driver. This was a Saturday morning it was supposed to arrive. No call, No Show. I had a strict window i was working within to get everything loaded up to meet that schedule. Then was told there was nobody to deliver the container....OK Then proceeded to not get a container for 2 more days....OK Then was told the re-delivery date wasnt going to happen for TWO weeks later than scheduled....OK. Then get charged 90% of the balance for my belongings to just sit in my driveway for another week and to sleep on an air mattress for weeks.....whatever PODS, yall need to step your game up. With all of the "recommendations" another representative was throwing at me, i laughed and had to get off the phone with the clown. Oh, what were those options you ask? 1. Loading up all my stuff, driving it an hour away, to put it in the POD myself at the storage location 2. Hiring another 3rd party trucking contractor to re-deliver by the original agreed time (extra cost) Only reason this got 2 stars is because my stuff eventually showed up *shrugs*

  Completely great experience with PODS...from delivery driver dropping off the PODS at our former home, to the pick up of the empty PODS a few months later at our new home. Saved us from having to move furniture and belonging twice, and a great value. It was a blast watching the drivers maneuver the PODS with the PODZILLA. Great experience.
