      Husband and I stored a pod until we were ready for it on the east coast. After setting up the delivery we were called the night before our delivery to let us know that due to weather they have missed our delivery and we were to wait an additional 3 days. Cut to the day of delivery, and we wait and wait. I call and wait half an hour to speak go customer service who stated we should expect delivery between 11:30-2:30. 2:30 rolls around and nothing so I take to their chat out of fear of wait times. This person tells me oh more like 2:30-5:00. 5:30 rolls around and no delivery. At this point I’m chatting with yet another agent and all they say is the warehouse isn’t answering if no one’s called you then it’s probably not happening today. Interesting so I spend a few thousand to send an 8x7 or whatever box of my belongings and if I don’t contact them, not a single person will contact the customer to let him know there were some extenuating circumstances? Of course this person I’m chatting with is apologizing but there’s literally nothing she can do if the dispatching warehouse is just not wanting to adult. Like at this point j prefer someone just lie to me and tell me the truck broke down. But nope I have to investigate why I didn’t get a giant box delivered by someone who took my money for it.

      I would give 4 stars for PODS when it comes to their POD delivery and storage. However, I ordered moving blankets and while doing so it said something like "order within the next 2 hours and have them delivered by tomorrow." I was pleasantly surprised thinking it was Tuesday and I would have them when the movers were there on Friday. Then when I went to actually place the order, I saw that they would actually arrive Thursday...still great. I placed the order and waited. The movers came and went on Friday and no sign of the blankets until late Friday night when the POD had already been packed up. I was still understanding with the issues businesses are being faced with right now. However, today I called Customer Service to return the blankets and the woman on the phone continually interrupted me and told me that I didn't read to allow 7 - 10 days for delivery. Yes, I did miss that apparently, but the don't put things like "order within the next two hours and get them by tomorrow" or the next shipping confirmation of a day later." And then, to give you basically no choice but to keep them by saying you have to pay for the shipping back and there is a $15 restock fee is just horrible. Had the Customer Service person at least been polite enough to let me calmly explain the situation, I wouldn't be writing a bad review. But she was rude and probably sick and tired of having to relay her company's horrible return policy. Now I'm stuck with blankets that may never get used.

      We moved across the country and filled three eight foot pods. Working with their customer service folks to schedule and reschedule pick ups and deliveries was generally smooth. I did have a couple of issues and although the customer service people were helpful, the logistics folks were unresponsive. Things got fixed but I was left out of the communication loop. Overall, I was pleased with the process and cost, just disappointed in the lack of follow up.
