  The drivers here in Florida were excellent. Donnell or Darnell delivered it here and was awesome. Pleasant, professional, courteous and got it up a hill. Chase came back to remove it and he was also awesome. He was personable, had a great attitude, professional and pleasant. Kudos to them. Customer service absolutely SUCKS. RICK was super rude and attitudinal when I called to schedule removal. The people that work at home need to be in the office. They don't want to be bothered, it's as if you're interrupting their show, kids screaming in the past with agents, dogs barking, extra long holds that are unnecessary. They are slacking and don't care about the customers. We paid a LOT of money and I'm not sure I'd return bc of customer service and the mistakes.

  These guys rock! This is the second time I've used them, they confirm by text, then phone call, then call again when they're a few minutes out. They park em where you want them, the direction you want and verify you're good with it before they leave. Their drivers are professional and do their jobs well. Don't go ANYWHERE else for moving or storage! These folks will take care of your need and are affordable😎

  Pods itself has been a nightmare to deal with, what with their "billing issues" & charging me TWICE for the same move, then making ME jump through hoops to rectify THEIR error. This review is for the local facility, and the local facility alone. The staff was professional & very pleasant to deal with. Vern, the manager, went above & beyond to help me with all of my concerns & assure me that everything was happening as it should from their end. Now if only customer service would take a few tips from their proficiency, it would've made my long distance move alot less stressful. So many thanks to Vern & staff for at least taking SOME of the pressure off!
